Plasmanna's Private Membership Association (PMA)

A Private Membership Association (PMA) is a lawful organization where aligned individuals gather in a private space to pursue a shared purpose. Formed under private contract law, PMAs operate within the inherent God-given rights protected by the U.S. Constitution, including freedom of association, assembly and privacy.

Membership is fully consensual, limited to those who agree to the association’s purpose and rules. This exclusivity distinguishes a PMA from public businesses, services or open clubs.

As a private entity, a PMA allows members to manage their own affairs, focusing on shared goals: spiritual, educational, wellness or social. It exists to serve its members, not the general public, and is governed by membership agreements that define rights, responsibilities and operational scope.

Because PMAs operate privately, they are generally exempt from many federal or state regulations, taxes and public mandates, provided their activities remain lawful and cause no harm.

Plasmanna operates as a Private Membership Association to provide a sovereign, Members-Only environment that supports conscious engagement, alignment and collective awakening.Structuring as a PMA allows Plasmanna to offer a private, secure space for tools, practices and environments that foster personal and spiritual growth, while remaining protected from those who use Color of Law and Fiction of Law to try to control others.
